Position: Intern HelpDesk Support ( Fresh Grad / Entry Level ) Specialization: Technical and Helpdesk Support Industry: Computer / Information Technology (Hardware) During my internship at MCSSI (formerly METS Logistics), I served as part of the Helpdesk Support team, where I resolved support tickets through Freshdesk, provided remote assistance via AnyDesk, and handled hardware troubleshooting, printer configuration, and device reconnections to ensure smooth operations. I also contributed to a server rehabilitation project by tracing and labeling network ports, replacing I/O keystone jacks, organizing LAN cabling, and assisting with VLAN configuration and switch setup, which improved network reliability and efficiency. This experience strengthened my technical expertise in IT support and network infrastructure while enhancing my problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills in a professional environment. |
